My Internship in London

Hello all! I am now back home sweet home in Wales!! I thought I'd share a little with you all about it all went!

Firstly my internship was with a company called STUDIO XAG Please click to check out their work! They are incredible.
STUDIO XAG specialises in Art Direction and Display Designs for Retail such as windows and installations.

My first day I met the team of 4 and they all made me feel extremely welcome!
During my 6 weeks at Studio XAG I assisted on many projects, clients including Selfridges, Christian Louboutin, Topshop, Fred Perry, Diesel and ADIDAS.

The main project I worked on was for Selfridges London. Selfridges approached Studio XAG to create  cosmetic items at a very large scale made out of paper.
Perfect timing! and a perfect project for me. My interest with paper, fashion and beauty all come to use in one go haha I never thought that could happen??!

We had a team of around 10 people working on this brief which give me the chance to meet lots of people with the same interests as me which was great!
After a lot of blood, sweat and tears... and some glue gun burns...  In about 3 weeks, we have finally finished... WHOOOOP... totally worth all the hard work!
The making was extremely fun, we joked, we listened to radio 6, we listened to all kinds of music actually... I'm sure Craig david came on at one point?!

The outcome was even more fantastic and the feeling you get when things start looking finished is just a rush of excitement.

Please check out on the Selfridges blog...

It was an amazing experience and I couldn't thank STUDIO XAG more for giving me such a great opportunity and the chance to assist on these projects!!!

So if you reading guys, Thank you millions for having me! :)
